What makes a useful trade show booth sign?
Visitors are usually moving when they first see your stand. The sign should therefore communicate the company identity and the practical location information in seconds. Avoid filling an A4 sign with a miniature brochure. Large type, strong contrast and a short web address work better from the aisle.
Use the sign to remove friction
If the organiser supplies overhead stand numbers, your own sign can focus on the company name and website. If stand numbers are easy to miss, make yours prominent so scheduled visitors can find you. A QR sign should normally be a separate page because a larger code scans more reliably and gives you room for a clear instruction such as “Scan to book a demo”.
Keep customer branding dominant
Your logo, colour and company name should be more prominent than the software used to make the sign. ExhibitorPack's paid pack follows the same principle: the output is intended to look like your event paperwork, not an advertisement for the generator.
